Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of post law school corporate or transactional experience with independent negotiation of pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters).
  • •Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
  • •Experience in transactional law with a strong track record negotiating high volumes of pre-M&A contracts within turnaround times.
  • •Experience working with financial services firms (e.g., asset managers, investment banks) and understanding client expectations.
  • •Comfort working with and evolving a legal technology suite (e.g., AI tools, HighQ), with interest in legal tech/AI.
