Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a high volume pipeline of real estate transactions, tracking requirements and critical dates while holding stakeholders accountable to timelines.
  • •Support LOI negotiations and work with legal counsel to review and redline leases and related contracts aligned to company targets.
  • •Oversee closing checklists and ensure contingencies (zoning, title, survey, environmental) are cleared prior to execution.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional due diligence as the central point of contact, pulling in experts and coordinating with construction/utilities, Legal, and Finance.
  • •Create Investment Committee deal summaries by synthesizing financial models, layouts, risk assessments, and legal constraints; maintain an accurate real estate database as a single source of truth.

Key Requirements
