Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering outstanding customer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S. service model. Partner with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, champion a positive team culture, and manage day-to-day activities through task delegation and follow-up. Support all store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, while adhering to policies like asset protection.
