Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and build programs for the Research organization, developing processes and resources that support impactful research and scale use of user insights.
  • •Improve the operating model by automating tasks, improving workflows, and creating repeatable methodologies; measure impact of changes.
  • •Prepare researchers to use agentic (autonomous, multi-agent) workflows by designing, building, and overseeing these workflows.
  • •Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for Research workflows; evaluate and implement new tools with researchers and cross-functional partners.
  • •Partner with Research leadership and Design Operations to balance priorities, identify risks/obstacles, and resolve issues; source and evaluate third-party vendors when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in design thinking, qualitative or quantitative research, user experience, or program management, including partnering with research teams.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that improved real work processes for designers, researchers, creative, or product teams.
  • •Experience coaching, teaching, or enabling others with evidence of changes in how people work.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapting to different learners.
  • •Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously with a Research team spanning product, marketing, support, and design.
