  • •Perform preventative maintenance tasks and administer the preventative maintenance program.
  • •Respond to manufacturing floor “calls” by evaluating issues, determining maintenance level needed, and resolving requests.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain a production-ready and safe condition.
  • •Maintain maintenance-room equipment according to procedure and support auxiliary equipment readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • •Prefer at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Must pass the Maintenance Tech Trainee Test.
  • •Demonstrate strong skill in mechanical principles and electromechanical techniques, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, robotics/technical expertise, and PLCs.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and schematics (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) and follow written or verbal instructions.
