•Oversee landing destination services across all countries in the AMS region, managing vendors and standardizing operational processes.

•Manage escalations and complex matters in a timely and proactive manner as a key point of contact.
•Monitor and manage vendor spending by reviewing invoices and ensuring cost-efficient delivery.
•Improve employee experience by building/updating knowledge bases, training stakeholders, and maintaining country-specific checklists and guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
•5+ years of experience in vendor management and driving global projects.
