Senior Manager, Group Business Resilience

Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the Group’s business resilience and continuity capabilities. Drive enterprise resilience programs, assurance activities, and contingency planning to strengthen operational readiness and improve response and recovery outcomes. Oversee the Business Resilience Management System, including resilience frameworks, policies, standards, and governance, and manage supplier relationships and resilience performance frameworks. Partner with operational resilience and emergency response leaders to embed preparedness across the organisation.
