Key Responsibilities

•Manage the planning, execution, and tracking/reporting of all technical aspects of the engineering development for airborne reconnaissance and ground intelligence systems, including leading a cross-functional engineering team from requirements through integration and test.
•Manage the engineering product development process through major program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, and CDR).
•Coordinate and drive engineering tasks and actions to closure in a timely fashion while providing updates to the Program Management Office and senior leadership.
•Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive the mitigations to closure.
•Provide critical evaluation of technical and programmatic tasks.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
•5+ years of experience within Aerospace/DO W
•Previous experience with EVMS and/or Control Account Management
•Previous experience with proposal efforts including BOE generation and review of engineering BOEs (Basis of Estimate) for technical content and estimation
•Previous experience with Engineering Product Lifecycle Management processes
