Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the planning, execution, and tracking/reporting of all technical aspects of the engineering development for airborne reconnaissance and ground intelligence systems, including leading a cross-functional engineering team from requirements through integration and test.
  • •Manage the engineering product development process through major program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, and CDR).
  • •Coordinate and drive engineering tasks and actions to closure in a timely fashion while providing updates to the Program Management Office and senior leadership.
  • •Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive the mitigations to closure.
  • •Provide critical evaluation of technical and programmatic tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
  • •5+ years of experience within Aerospace/DO W
  • •Previous experience with EVMS and/or Control Account Management
  • •Previous experience with proposal efforts including BOE generation and review of engineering BOEs (Basis of Estimate) for technical content and estimation
  • •Previous experience with Engineering Product Lifecycle Management processes
