Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full day-to-day operation of the Food Hall across front-of-house, kitchens, back-of-house, delivery, hosting, cashiering, and service areas.
  • •Implement and continuously improve SOPs for all operational areas, and coordinate tenants and service teams with Head Office departments.
  • •Ensure food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulatory compliance by monitoring and enforcing standards across food safety and quality leaders.
  • •Oversee logistics, preventive/corrective maintenance, and ensure the Food Hall is safe, clean, and operationally ready.
  • •Own on-site financial performance (revenue, cost control, profitability), manage budgeting, KPIs, reporting, and lead corrective actions when targets aren’t met.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years in a senior F&B or hospitality management role.
  • •Proven experience managing multi-operator environments such as food halls, malls, or large restaurant groups.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the Saudi hospitality and F&B market, plus a strong local/regional network.
  • •Advanced English communication skills (Arabic preferred) and strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen.
