Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end logistics for monthly customer and partner trainings, including database setup and trainer coordination.
  • •Drive the SANA learning platform rollout for customers and partners, supporting internal launch activities.
  • •Design and continuously improve enablement content and learning journeys for customers, partners, and consultants.
  • •Track and report on training NPS to measure and improve enablement effectiveness.
  • •Create digital learning content, including videos and self-paced materials, and support integration work between SANA and other tools such as Salesforce.
