Manufacturing Operations Analyst/Manufacturing Research & Development - Paint & Process

Support aircraft paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coating, and tape processes at the Ridley Park production site by working with existing equipment and production workflows. Identify and deploy manufacturing technologies and tools to meet build requirements, assist in repairs for defective conditions, and drive cost, quality, and schedule improvements. Participate in root-cause corrective actions, collaborate daily with shop personnel, and continuously improve process reliability.
