Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quality control activities to ensure continuous production/service consistent with established standards.
  • •Develop and maintain the QMS in accordance with contract requirements and ISO 9001:2015, including quality policies, procedures, and work instructions for PWS compliance.
  • •Conduct internal audits and inspections, monitor and report KPIs and quality metrics, and oversee resolution of non-conformances with corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Supervise and guide Quality Control personnel and coordinate training activities related to quality and reliability.
  • •Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) on quality assurance surveillance and external audits, and serve as the primary quality point of contact.
