Specialist, QA/QC (Material/Corrosion)

Supervise plant operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and production standards while maintaining work under approved policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices. Lead preventative maintenance and capital improvement planning to reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and improve efficiency. Monitor budgets for cost, quality, and safety, manage spare-part inventory, and support operators with training, performance feedback, and mentorship. Respond to emergencies and stay current on industry, technology, and regulatory changes.
