Key Responsibilities

•Develop a strong understanding of Mastercard’s business environment and work with Workstream leads to identify pain points in operational processes.
•Engage with internal partners to understand pain points and design data-driven solutions using available data and technology.
•Identify processes that can be centralized and implement improvements to drive efficiency.
•Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, automation, or process changes.
•Communicate findings and impact through structured analyses and clear presentations to cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in ETL and visualization tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
•Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to create structured analyses, clear presentations, and professional documentation.
•Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio).
•Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams with strong stakeholder management.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
