Job Summary

Coordinate cyber security incident containment, eradication, and post-incident activities as part of the Global Cybersecurity Incident Management team. Oversee Incident Response Team (IRT) activities, validate containment, document root cause analysis, and track actions to prevent recurrence. Provide 24x7 on-call incident management on rotation, deliver executive written communications during incidents, and collaborate across Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Bug Bounty stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate incident response in line with the corporate security incident response plan.
•Manage post-incident activity, including scheduling/chairing Post Incident Reviews (PIR), documenting Root Cause Analysis, and tracking actions to prevent recurrence.
•Provide 24x7 on-call incident management support on rotation for critical security incidents.
•Stay current on emerging threats affecting information assets, third-party solutions, IT configuration changes, and network/systems.
•Coordinate remediation of Bug Bounty Program findings with whitehat researchers and engage stakeholders for root cause analysis and post-incident activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Security, or related field, or relevant work experience.
•Typically 2+ years of relevant experience with incident management or incident response.
•Knowledge of network operations/engineering or system administration on Unix, Linux, Mac, or Windows.
•Knowledge of common security operations including intrusion detection, Security Incident Event Management, penetration testing, web application assessment, secure coding, and cloud technologies.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings and communicate results.
