Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead APAR analytics strategy, developing insights and frameworks that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
  • •Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytical approaches; use transactional data to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and control gaps.
  • •Lead cross-functional process improvement and transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate APAR processes, partnering with IT on scalable solutions.
  • •Own and continuously strengthen the APAR control and compliance framework, including continuous monitoring and analytics to proactively identify control failures and risks.
  • •Build and scale a high-performing management team and communicate complex technical, financial, and risk topics to technical teams and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • •8+ years of experience in finance operations, financial systems, analytics, controls, technology, or related functions.
  • •Leadership through others, including experience managing and developing other people managers.
  • •Experience with SOX controls and financial control environments.
  • •Strong understanding of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable processes (preferred).
