Engineer - Procurement

Develop and agree the list of goods and/or services needed for allocated projects, set timelines and lead times, and drive the RFQ process to qualified vendors. Analyze bids and technical specifications for compliance, run techno-commercial comparisons, negotiate pricing and contract conditions, and place orders aligned with cost, quality, and delivery targets. Coordinate with project/design teams and evaluate supplier performance while ensuring documentation completeness and clarity.
