Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and continuously improve Pigment, including data integrity, model structure, and user support.
  • •Act as an internal AI champion to drive workflow improvements and own outcomes.
  • •Identify manual, repetitive finance processes and build automated replacements, including AI-assisted reporting workflows.
  • •Design and maintain driver-based financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Partner with Accounting and Rev Ops to pull, validate, and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and other planning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance/analytics role.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one FP&A planning tool (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, or similar) plus financial AI agents and generative AI/LLM tools.
  • •Practical experience applying AI or automation tools to real finance workflows with end-to-end ownership of build, rollout, and adoption.
  • •Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
