Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed manual unit test cases based on functional and technical requirements, including edge cases and error conditions.
  • •Execute manual test cases to validate individual units of code and verify input/output behavior and database operations in Django.
  • •Identify bugs and deviations, document issues with steps to reproduce, and follow up with developers for resolution.
  • •Collaborate with developers to understand new features and changes so tests align with development objectives.
  • •Maintain documentation for test cases and results, and continuously improve manual testing efficiency and coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/master’s in computer science or computer engineering.
  • •2+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably with Django and Python applications.
  • •Strong understanding of manual testing principles, techniques, and processes.
  • •Familiarity with Python and Django frameworks to understand application structure and functionality.
  • •Basic knowledge of database operations and SQL, plus good knowledge of Linux for testing and debugging.
