•Build relationships with customers by prospecting, developing, and implementing location strategies; maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and represent Esri at trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
•Demonstrate industry knowledge and GIS relevance; identify stakeholders and business drivers; understand budgeting and acquisition processes; apply solution selling to address customer needs.
•Articulate the value of Esri technology for oil and gas; conduct ongoing research to anticipate customer needs and industry trends.
•Execute account management and sales processes for opportunities; use visual storytelling techniques to present solutions that meet customer needs.
•Collaborate with Esri teams to define and execute account strategies, leveraging domain knowledge to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
•Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers

•Demonstrated knowledge of the oil and gas industry and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers
•Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization
