Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the brand to maximize store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
  • •Perform store operational duties including store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by store leadership.
  • •Greet customers, assist product selection, recommend and link customer-specific products, and convert window shoppers to buyers.
  • •Handle POS/billing counter activities: process payments (cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits), issue receipts/refunds/change correctly, and tally cash at shift start/end.
  • •Maintain product displays per standard layout norms, ensure housekeeping and security vigilance, and record inventory inward/outward while minimizing stock loss and promoting the loyalty program.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
  • •Demonstrated make-up selling skills.
  • •Ability to identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
  • •Ability to operate POS (Point of Sale) / billing counter and process payments accurately.
  • •Updated product/brand knowledge for suggestive selling and minimized stock loss.
