Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis and support project baseline creation during initiation and setup.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked Level 3 and Level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation work (pipelines, subsea, platforms, HDD) using precedence flow planning.
  • •Produce workforce histograms and progress/quantity curves; analyze schedule impacts, critical path drivers, and variances against baseline data.
  • •Maintain and review engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, hook-up, commissioning, and other operations sequencing to control critical path and overall durations.
  • •Identify schedule delay factors, develop recovery actions, monitor schedule compliance and KPIs, mentor junior planners, and lead planning initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management or equivalent combination of technical training or experience.
  • •7–10 years of EPCIC experience with Onshore or Offshore Oil and Gas or Power Generation related projects.
  • •Planning/Scheduling experience for Large LNG or Topside Fabrication projects (preferred).
  • •Strong command of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, plus Microsoft Office.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas) and ability to produce and assess progress curves, histograms, variance reports, and critical paths.
