Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of US and Canada HRIS and payroll operations, including bi-weekly payroll processing for multi-state employees.
  • •Manage payroll events including terminations, garnishments, leaves of absence, taxes, and W-2/T4 compliance.
  • •Prepare payroll posting files and support finance reconciliation and financial close reporting.
  • •Support external audits including 401(k), worker’s compensation, and internal audits.
  • •Conduct HRIS audits for data integrity and analyze workflow gaps to implement process improvements.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •7+ years of related work experience and 5 years of managerial experience.
  • •Experience with ADP required; SAP and SuccessFactors preferred.
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
