Key Requirements

•10+ years of related engineering experience with a track record in leadership and team management
•US Citizenship required and able to obtain/maintain Public Trust 6C
•Remote work with approximately 10-20% travel
•Strong experience leading engineering teams, focusing on coaching, development, and strategic execution
•Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and modern engineering practices
