Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Team Leaders and the Store Manager with daily store operations within Hermès standards.
  • •Deliver exceptional client experiences and handle complex client concerns (exchanges, returns, after-sales) following store processes.
  • •Maintain store environment and image through meticulous visual merchandising and retail floor housekeeping.
  • •Support back-of-house stock duties (unpacking, validating, distributing deliveries; keeping BOH stock organized).
  • •Capture accurate information through POS and CRM systems and participate in cycle counts/stock takes while contributing to sales and ambassadorship goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends.
  • •A strong background in customer service and/or sales, with luxury retail experience advantageous.
