Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and grow a team of software engineers delivering DSPM product capabilities
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives: planning, execution, retrospective, and continuous improvement
  • •Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into well-defined engineering plans with clear milestones
  • •Drive adoption of engineering best practices — code quality, CI/CD, automated testing, security-by-design, and DORA metrics
  • •Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations; actively coach and mentor direct reports

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • •7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management or technical lead capacity
  • •Demonstrated experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams across multiple time zones
  • •Background in enterprise security software, SaaS, or data-first cybersecurity is preferred
  • •Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
