Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
  • •Manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
  • •Support the development of the procurement services provided by Turner & Townsend.
  • •Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.
  • •Support the delivery of both team and wider business targets and assist with bid preparation and proposal documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
  • •Experience of tender preparation and development of documentation in relevant sectors (including process design).
  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting supplier engagement from market engagement to contract award.
  • •Cross-sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.
  • •Experience of using standard form contracts including NEC and JCT; developing terms, negotiation and award.
