Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers, understand their needs, explain products, sell, and thank them while following company selling guidelines.
  • •Promote the Club AIVI Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Maintain grooming and product/brand knowledge for effective suggestive selling.
  • •Support merchandising and visual presentation standards, including VM guidelines and stock layout norms.
  • •Manage operational tasks such as inventory inward/outward recording, POS/billing, cash till tallying, payments processing, and adhering to loss prevention policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide exceptional customer service and help customers select the right product.
  • •Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge for suggestive selling.
  • •Be presentable and well-groomed at all times.
