Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, delivering sustained results from problem identification through execution.
  • •Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste, rework, and ineffective handoffs.
  • •Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV/DFSS) to redesign transactional workflows, validate outcomes, and implement sustainable controls and governance.
  • •Define and maintain enterprise transactional standards and exception-management protocols across Idea-to-Realization.
  • •Advise global process owners and senior leaders on value-stream design, governance, and performance management; lead ETS training and practitioner development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation for Idea-to-Realization value streams.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • •Experience driving transactional/corporate transformation (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Communications, Shared Services, Corporate Operations).
  • •Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with experience coaching and developing practitioners.
