Job Summary

Provide production application support for banking/financial services systems, owning incident, problem, and service outage management in a production support environment. Apply strong technical capability across Oracle PLSQL, Unix/Linux/Windows, shell scripting, and Weblogic to support application operations. Use analytical skills and clear communication to troubleshoot and manage support activities, with preferred knowledge of Moody’s Risk Confidence (RCO) and Risk Authority (RAy).

Key Responsibilities

•Provide production support for application environments using strong analytical skills.
•Manage incident, problem, and service outage handling as part of production support operations.
•Apply Oracle PLSQL and shell scripting skills to support and troubleshoot applications.
•Use Unix/Linux/Windows and Weblogic knowledge to maintain application operations.
•Collaborate through clear communication to ensure effective resolution and support outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Technically competent in Oracle PLSQL and shell scripting.
•Technically competent in Unix/Linux/Windows and Weblogic.
•Preferred knowledge of Moody’s Product (Risk Confidence - RCO and Risk Authority - RAy).
•Up to 7+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of application development/support experience.
•Last 3 years of relevant experience in the banking/financial services industry, including strong industry experience.
