Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the closing and servicing of the region’s loan portfolio, varying assignments based on current needs and direction from the Regional Credit Officer.
•Provide ongoing relationship servicing for current clients and respond to client phone calls, inquiries, and requests within 24 hours.
•Coordinate loan closings by requesting documents, engaging counsel, obtaining and reviewing due diligence items, and reviewing draft and executed loan documents for compliance with approved terms and required bank language.
•Prepare wire request forms to fund loan proceeds, prepare booking instructions memos when applicable, and review booked loans for compliance.
•Coordinate and reconcile internal GL accounts for appraisal fees and expenses; create CIF records for customers who have not opened a deposit account; assist customers, lenders, and back-office personnel to resolve loan servicing issues while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum 10 years of related banking or financial services experience.
•Minimum 5 years working with customers to research, resolve issues, and provide follow-up.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
