•Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and post-launch analysis, defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and evaluate technical solutions for feasibility and business impact.
•Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand value proposition and drive strategy.
•Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
•Ensure features are delivered on time with quality, and organize testing and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
•Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
•Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
•Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
