Key Responsibilities

  • •Create finished goods plans based on the Consensus Demand Plan and ensure alignment with customer orders, forecasted demand, and inventory stocking requirements.
  • •Set and maintain Target and Safety Stock parameters, factoring in supply lead time, warehouse capacities, and transportation constraints.
  • •Proactively identify material shortages against inventory plans and develop action items to mitigate risks.
  • •Measure, analyze, and report key process metrics/KPIs, including weekly category KPI updates and product shortage tracking.
  • •Monitor and optimize metrics including Case Fill Rate, Distress to Sales Ratio, Working Capital/DOH, Stock Transfer Order Utilization, and conduct pre-build monitoring for seasonal demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Experience in a team-based environment within manufacturing or supply chain.
  • •Experience with SAP and related supply chain applications.
  • •Proficiency using PC-based technology, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • •Strong technical skills in data management, analytics, data processing, and problem solving.
