Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and budgets for assigned projects.
  • •Track and present progress reports to ensure established targets are met.
  • •Partner with PMO, CIPTs, and IPT leads for scope planning, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
  • •Identify and manage risks and opportunities, communicating mitigation plans for technical, financial, and schedule items to completion.
  • •Support IPT execution, including earned value reporting using WebEVM and performance tracking (e.g., EAC, variance explanations in Empower, and forecasting using Primavera).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • •5 years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
  • •Ability to manage functional, cross-disciplinary teams effectively.
  • •Experience performing detailed budget and schedule analyses to support program objectives to closure.
  • •Previous Control Account Manager (CAM) experience (preferred).
