  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency
  • •Build daily client relationships and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and focus on deficient areas and growth opportunities
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and execute front/back-of-house procedures, including assisting with shipment processing and product flow
