Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, take vehicles to the stall area, and perform work as outlined in the repair order in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and complete repairs; ensure repairs are finished within the promised timeframe and escalate when issues arise.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs, notify service advisors when additional work is or is not required, and document work performed.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians (when assigned), road-test vehicles when required, keep the shop area and customer cars clean, and stay current with factory technical bulletins.

  • •High CSI is required; meet qualification expectations for quality and accuracy in repair work.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug test).
