Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strong strategic relationships with customer counterparts across areas such as food development, purchasing, supply chain, and QA/nutrition while fostering counterpart relationships within Kerry.
  • •Identify and deliver new business opportunities through custom product and integrated solution selling aligned to strategic priorities.
  • •Continuously deepen knowledge of Kerry technologies and capabilities to unlock opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • •Manage the customer pipeline proactively and defend existing business with strong project and stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
  • •Develop and execute customer growth plans using whitespace opportunities and market/customer insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive retention, satisfaction, and measurable value-based outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of sales and/or account management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • •Experience in the QSR category is preferred.
  • •Proven ability to work successfully with multifunctional teams to achieve strategic business goals.
  • •Strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities, manage customer portfolios, and deliver profitable results.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build relationships and drive new business.
