  • •Prepare quarterly ELT strategy days and synthesize executive inputs into decision-ready artifacts.
  • •Own end-to-end board material preparation, including storyline development, coordination with Finance, and ELT review cycles.
  • •Drive operating rhythm via Weekly Business Reviews, Company QBRs, and OKR tracking; maintain reconciled executive reporting metrics and track actions to closure.
  • •Take on ambiguous cross-functional special projects and build AI-enabled workflows for recurring operational work with verified data and human review.
