Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of large-scale infrastructure developments from master planning through project close-out.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned to stakeholders, milestones, resources, and project phases.
  • •Establish master schedules, contractor programs, and project progress reporting systems; prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for governance.
  • •Monitor project KPIs, cashflows, resources, Line of Balance (LOB), and performance; analyze trends, risks, and schedule variances with recommendations.
  • •Review and approve contractor baseline programs and recovery plans; lead EOT assessments and delay analysis, manage risk, and coordinate pre-construction planning and stakeholder reporting (including DEWA and RERA requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • •8-10+ years of experience in project planning, controls, or infrastructure delivery in the construction or real estate sector.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, project scheduling, and integrated master planning.
  • •Expertise in project controls, schedule forecasting, CAPEX tracking, performance reporting, and contractor baseline/progress review.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle project management systems; PMP certification is an advantage.
