  • •Ensure packers comply with established safety, quality, quantity, housekeeping, and disciplinary standards.

  • •Train machine operators and packers on blown film production processes, quality checks, and equipment operations.
  • •Troubleshoot the majority of problems on extrusion, bag machines, and winders and notify the supervisor of equipment or quality problems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or 2 years of previous blown film-manufacturing experience.
  • •Good mechanical background.

  • •Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • •Ability to perform functional math and calculate blend density and layer thickness percentages using measuring devices and a handheld calculator.
