•Architect & Deliver Features: Lead the technical design and implementation of resilient, end-to-end full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
•Embed AI tools: Incorporate Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot into daily workflows; mentor team on practices.
•Drive Resilience Strategy: Define and implement robust client-side and edge strategies for unstable connectivity, including data lifecycle and retry flows.
•System Integration & Security: Oversee secure service-to-service communication with API governance and boundary protections.
•Establish Engineering Standards: Define automated testing strategy balancing rapid delivery with multi-tier testing to minimize production risk.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Full-Stack Expertise: Strong core Java background with extensive experience building and maintaining enterprise Spring Boot applications, plus solid experience in modern React (v18+) and TypeScript.
•API Design & Distributed Systems: Deep understanding of HTTP API principles, asynchronous service-to-service integrations, cloud data modeling, and session management.
•Operational Ownership: Proven track record of owning software lifecycle from whiteboarding architectures through to troubleshooting production issues using telemetry dashboards.
•AI & Engineering Efficiency: Comfort using agentic coding tools and LLMs to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality.
•Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience with Redux Toolkit/RTK Query, AWS (DynamoDB, S3), Gradle builds, and DevOps practices; domain experience in logistics or fulfilment is a plus.
