Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify market possibilities for new and established aftermarket products and extend their market presence.
  • •Roll out Gardner Denver service and spares programs, including signing service contracts and converting customers to long-term maintenance plans.
  • •Use voice-of-customer oriented surveys to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and follow-up on complaints.
  • •Identify and evaluate aftermarket opportunities, understand customer requirements, and proactively target additional service work with local service managers.
  • •Support quality and EHS objectives (including ISO 9001 support and safety risk assessment/audits) while producing weekly/monthly management reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in a business development role with a hunter mentality.
  • •Ability to research and proactively make contact with new prospective clients.
  • •Demonstrated analytical skills and focus on achieving agreed targets.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated PC skills, including SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.
