Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and executing basic cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality, maintain cleanliness and organization, and adhere to food safety and sanitation practices to prevent cross-contamination. Help with stock rotation and inventory management, prepare ingredients and equipment, and assist with plating and garnishing while coordinating with kitchen staff to meet timely order execution.
