Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of electrical hardware from concept, schematic capture, layout review, through bring-up, validation, certification, and production handoff
•Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, systems, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware into polished, field-deployed products
•Drive design for reliability and manufacturability (EVT, DVT, PVT, yield optimization, cost-down initiatives, etc.)
•Lead board bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting using lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.)
•Support initial firmware bring-up and system integration as needed (bare metal, RTOS, embedded Linux, or Android-based systems)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; 8+ years of hands-on electrical hardware development experience
•Proven track record of shipping high-volume consumer or enterprise electronics
•Expertise in power management/battery-operated product design; digital/analog circuit design, simulation, and layout; high-speed digital design
•Experience with wireless system integration (WiFi, BLE, LTE) and EMI/EMC-conscious layout; board bring-up and debugging
•Proficiency with design tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad) and experience working with ODM/JDM or contract manufacturing partners
