Job Summary

Weigh trucks entering and leaving the quarry/sand pit and manage cash sales by collecting established fees, making change, and maintaining petty cash. Key Responsibilities

•Weigh trucks accurately using a truck scale indicator as they enter and leave the quarry/sand pit.
•Collect cash sales fees, make change accurately, and reconcile daily petty cash.
•Perform data entry tasks, generate sales tickets, and download/send tickets, production, inventory adjustments, and cash sales to the office.
•Generate daily and monthly transaction reports and balance the stockpile inventory.
•Maintain housekeeping standards (scale house, computer, printer) and coordinate with the superintendent to report production/inventory discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of 1 year of experience and/or training in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
