Job Summary

Lead physical security delivery across Crusoe’s growing portfolio of data center construction projects. Own the full project lifecycle—from design reviews and bid packages to budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and closeout. Partner with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and integrators, review security drawings and specifications, and apply CPTED principles while managing risks and consistent security standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead physical security delivery across multiple data center construction projects.
•Manage the complete project lifecycle, including design reviews, bid packages, budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
•Partner with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, systems integrators, customers, and internal teams.
•Review security drawings, specifications, product substitutions, and technical submissions against Crusoe and customer requirements.
•Apply physical security and CPTED principles while establishing security standards, conducting site inspections, and communicating risks and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in physical security project management, security systems deployment, construction management, or a related field.
•Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, critical infrastructure, or similarly complex environments.
•Hands-on knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems.
•Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and substitution requests.
•Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and systems integrators.
