Job Summary

Ensure compliance with flyadeal standards and GACA regulations within the Maintenance and Engineering departments. Conduct regular and ad-hoc surveillance, audit technical documentation, manage discrepancies in AMOS, and track trends to drive systemic quality improvements. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve non-conformities and prepare detailed quality control reports for submission to the Senior Manager, sharing findings and recommendations with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular and ad-hoc surveillance of Maintenance and Engineering activities to ensure compliance with flyadeal and GACA standards.
•Monitor proper usage, tagging, calibration, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials, and verify safety/environmental adherence.
•Audit technical records (work orders, defect logs, maintenance logs, material certifications) for accuracy and regulatory/flyadeal compliance.
•Identify, document, and log non-conformities and discrepancies in AMOS, collaborating with departments for timely resolution.
•Prepare detailed quality control reports for the Senior Manager and share findings/recommendations with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years in aviation maintenance or 5 years in aviation maintenance quality.
•Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent.
•Proficiency in aviation regulations including GACA, EASA, or FAA standards.
•Expertise in AMOS or similar maintenance software.
•Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and communication/collaboration capabilities.
