Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular and ad-hoc surveillance of Maintenance and Engineering activities to ensure compliance with flyadeal and GACA standards.
  • •Monitor proper usage, tagging, calibration, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials, and verify safety/environmental adherence.
  • •Audit technical records (work orders, defect logs, maintenance logs, material certifications) for accuracy and regulatory/flyadeal compliance.
  • •Identify, document, and log non-conformities and discrepancies in AMOS, collaborating with departments for timely resolution.
  • •Prepare detailed quality control reports for the Senior Manager and share findings/recommendations with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years in aviation maintenance or 5 years in aviation maintenance quality.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency in aviation regulations including GACA, EASA, or FAA standards.
  • •Expertise in AMOS or similar maintenance software.
  • •Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and communication/collaboration capabilities.
