Accounts Payable Receivable Analyst

Manage accounts receivable cash application activities, including tracking customer payments, applying daily receipts, and reconciling cash balances to general ledger accounts. Process and reconcile receivables and remittances, resolve payment discrepancies, follow up on unapplied/unidentified payments, and handle routine credit-to-cash inquiries. Support month-end close, maintain up-to-date documentation, and execute weekly and monthly cash reporting while using multiple systems to research and document customer communications.
