Key Responsibilities

•Manage large restoration projects from initiation to completion to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.
•Conduct on-site damage assessments and prepare accurate bids, estimates, and work orders.
•Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; monitor progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
•Review contracts, scopes, budgets, and procurement processes; track time and material billing for proper cost capture.
•Maintain thorough project documentation and communicate frequently with clients, adjusters, and Account Executives to identify opportunities and manage risk.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of industry experience in restoration or a related field
•Restoration industry experience: 2 years (Required)
•Must be willing to travel and work on-site (on the road) and reside in Alabama
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and able to operate a motor vehicle per company policy
•Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and solid work ethic
