Job Summary

Supervise hourly associates in an Inspection Center’s photo booth/reconditioning workflow to help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. Manage the safe movement of vehicles, oversee day-to-day team execution, coach and develop team members, and maintain adherence to policies and performance standards. Review mechanical and physical defects, lead decisions to repair or reject inventory with the Inspection Center General Manager, and train associates using Quality Control standards.

•Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements.
•Engage and coach team members, provide feedback, and manage performance.
•Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects in incoming inventory.
•Train associates using Quality Control standards and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall vehicle quality.
